VERMONT was established in 2004 to deliver development opportunities within the area of Urban Regeneration throughout the North West.

Mixed use, regeneration schemes incorporating residential, commercial, industrial, retail and leisure uses will provide the basis of VERMONT’s business going forward.

Future growth will build on the recent successes and considerable experience gained working with key stakeholders, including Liverpool, Manchester and Salford Local Authorities and their related Urban Regeneration companies.
